A 27-storey mixed-use development demands more than code compliance. Residential apartments, retail tenancies and shared services each place different demands on a building's life safety strategy, requiring careful coordination long before construction begins.
Early engagement enabled critical interfaces to be resolved across sprinkler, hydrant, detection and alarm systems, ensuring the fire protection design aligned with the architectural vision, construction methodology and long-term operational requirements.
